Announcements:
1) Internal Changes
Due to work issues, one of the admins will be mostly away for the next few months. With that, it means that right now, only 1 admin is handling all the emails, orders, postage and meetups alone. As such, please expect that we would take slightly longer than before to reply the emails. However, please be rest assured that we will check our emails at least 2-3 times per week (replying all emails everytime). We thank you in advance for your kind understanding and patience with us regarding this matter. Please send in your email once, and do refrain from sending multiple emails of the same content.
2) Mass Meetups
We would like to sincerely thank everyone who had attended the meetups on time these past few months. However, we would like to remind customers that all meetups have to be scheduled and confirmed by us via email at least one day prior to the meetup. There has been cases where we only receive the replies a few hours before the meetup; which we are therefore unable to arrange and pack in time. Kindly make sure that you’re meetup is confirmed by us via email or you will be making a wasted trip down to the meetup area.
3) Concert Goods / Exclusive Sprees
We reckon that most of you have realised that we’ve been bringing in more concert goods / fansite goods sprees recently. It is definitely not easy to purchases these concert goods, as our agent would have to go down to the concert venue personally to queue for hours. Therefore, we always state on the sales post that we will refund goods that we are unable to purchase as all the sales are subject to conditions such as stock availability, weather conditions etc. It would be very much appreciated if buyers can understand this situation and refrain from being rude and lashing out at us in the event that we are unable to get the goods. Each time we take in orders for concert goods, a lot of coordination and effort is required and we definitely try our best to bring them in.
4) Cancellation of Orders
In the past 2 months, there have been several cases of cancellation of orders after confirmation of orders. We get especially vexed when cancellation of orders happen after we’ve sent in and paid in advance for you. More than half the time, the explanation given to us is that their friends have backed out on the orders last minute – please be reminded that we will not accept such reasons **kindly take responsibility for your orders; refrain from ordering for someone unless you are 100% sure that they want it. We have tried our best to solve these issues amiably without having the need to create a buyer blacklist, and would never want to create it. As such, we seek your understanding to send in only confirmed orders ^^
